We are pleased to welcome Zachery Biancarelli as Director of Sales - Managed IT. In this role, Zach will lead the Managed IT sales team, focusing on helping clients leverage technology to achieve their business goals. Zach joins Usherwood with 14 years of sales experience, most recently serving as a Senior Enterprise Client Business Executive at Thrive. He is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Cybersecurity at Penn State University and has been a consistent President’s Club achiever throughout his career. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, Alycia, and their close circle of family and friends. He’s an avid snowboarder, hiker, and simulator racing enthusiast, and also follows WRC and Formula 1. We are excited to welcome Zach to the Usherwood team and look forward to the leadership and expertise he brings to our Managed IT organization.

We are pleased to welcome Austin Vaughan as our newest Field Service Technician serving Central New York. In this role, Austin will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our clients’ digital copiers and multifunction printers. Prior to joining Usherwood, Austin worked at Apple as a Brand Advocate for four years, gaining valuable experience in customer service and technology support. He also spent four years studying Civil Engineering at the University of New Haven in West Haven, CT. In his free time, Austin enjoys gaming and tabletop games including D&D. He also makes annual trips with his father and brother to various comic conventions, including New York Comic Con. We’re excited to have Austin join our team and bring his experience to our clients.

We are pleased to welcome Nick Lowcock as our newest Field Service Technician in our Rochester, NY office. In this role, Nick will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our clients’ digital copiers and multifunction printers.

We are pleased to welcome Ryann Fitzmaurice as our newest Sales Support Specialist. In this role, Ryann will be responsible for handling order entry and providing support to our sales team.

We are pleased to welcome Alimou Balde as our newest Service Technician in our Rochester, NY office. In this role, Alimou will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our clients’ digital copiers and multifunction printers.

We are pleased to welcome CJ Laws as our newest Setup Technician! In this position, CJ will be responsible for preparing printers and copiers for shipment to clients.

We are excited to welcome Cole Anderson as our newest Solutions Architect in our Manchester, NH office. In this role, Cole will lead initiatives focused on engaging clients that align with Usherwood’s target profile.
