We are pleased to welcome Devin Stearns as our newest Field Service Technician to the Manchester, NH marketplace. In his position, Devin will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our client’s copiers, multifunctional printers, and network print management.

In honor of our co-founder Charlie Usherwood Sr.’s 89th birthday today, his son and Usherwood CEO Lou Usherwood, shares fond memories and lessons learned while working alongside his parents in the family business. Lou had the unique opportunity to work alongside his parents for the first 10 years of the business.
