Usherwood Welcomes Austin Vaughan as Field Service Technician

We are pleased to welcome Austin Vaughan as our newest Field Service Technician serving Central New York. In this role, Austin will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our clients’ digital copiers and multifunction printers.

 

Prior to joining Usherwood, Austin worked at Apple as a Brand Advocate for four years, gaining valuable experience in customer service and technology support. He also spent four years studying Civil Engineering at the University of New Haven in West Haven, CT.

 

In his free time, Austin enjoys gaming and tabletop games including D&D. He also makes annual trips with his father and brother to various comic conventions, including New York Comic Con.
