Usherwood Welcomes Thomas Tarallo as Tier I Managed IT Technician

We are pleased to welcome Thomas Tarallo as our newest Tier I Managed IT Services Technician. In this role, Thomas  will provide essential end-user support, helping to resolve a wide range of IT challenges, from computer hardware and application issues to mobile device troubleshooting.

Thomas joins Usherwood with over 11 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative most recently from Rightworks Inc. He also has experience from his studies at Syracuse University.

Outside of work, Thomas is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and MotoGP fan. He enjoys working on cars and motorcycles and has always loved figuring out how things work. He’s a fan of the Patriots and Celtics and enjoys playing pickup basketball when he gets the chance.

We’re excited to have Thomas join the TAC team and bring his experience to our clients.
