Usherwood Celebrates 20th Anniversary of Rochester Office Location

Usherwood Office Technology is proud to celebrate 20 years of service in the Greater Rochester area. Since opening the office in 2004, Rochester has grown into a cornerstone location supporting clients across Western New York with reliable technology solutions and world-class service.

The Rochester office first opened in the Design Center before relocating to Brighton Henrietta Town Line Road in 2017, where Usherwood launched its first Odyssey Experience Center. This location became the template for the redesign of future offices throughout the Northeast, setting a new standard for how Usherwood showcases technology, supports clients, and delivers a premium service experience.

Throughout our 20 year history, the Rochester team has continued to grow, supported by employees who have been with the office since its early days as well as long-time staff members who recently retired after years of dedicated service. Their commitment has helped build a strong foundation of relationships and community trust.

Today, Rochester is home to one of our most experienced teams and continues to be a vital part of our regional footprint.
