It is our pleasure to announce Todd Brechue as a Tier I TAC Technician to the Usherwood team! In his new position, Todd will be responsible for inbound inquiries from our client base on copier related issues. His goal is to provide first level customer support before sending a request to a service technician for resolution.
Previously, Todd worked as an IT Assistant at East Hill Family Medical. Todd also gained 11 years of customer service experience working at Marshall’s. Todd has a degree in Computer Information Systems from Cayuga Community College.
In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Nicole, and their cats. Todd enjoys visiting with my family and friends. He is a very avid bowler and can be found bowling two to three times a week.
