It is our pleasure to announce John Daniel as the Director of Application Services. In his capacity, John will be responsible for customer service and operational leadership within the Application Service Team (AST). In addition, he will serve as the primary expert for complex problems relating to client service needs with the goals of retaining client satisfaction, managing client expectations and providing distinctive quality service to enhance client relationships.
John comes to Usherwood with over 19 years’ experience in the IT industry. Most recently, as Manager of Professional Services at OPTANIX. John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Empire State College.
In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine; 11 year old daughter, Sarah; and 9 year old son, Michael. He plays in men’s baseball league and is a little league baseball and softball coach.
