We are proud to honor Ron Striker as one of the Fiscal 2020 recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award! Ron has been with Usherwood since 1997 as a Senior Field Service Technician. Ron has been the recipient of our Bobby Orr Award two years in a row which is given to the employee with the best first call effectiveness. This means that Ron is able to diagnose a problem and get our clients up and running within a single visit. He takes the time to make sure our clients understand what he repaired and gives them tips that will help them in the future. His friendly attitude and willingness to teach along with his incredible expertise makes Ron a valuable asset to our team!
