We are proud to honor Jeff Coad as our Employee of the Year receiving the Carol Usherwood Award! Jeff has been with Usherwood for 34 years and serves as our Field Service Manager for the Syracuse market. Jeff is easily one of the most respected technical advisors in the industry. In 2017, Jeff received our Service Technician of the Year award and he is consistently nominated year after year to be Employee of the Year by his peers and it is clear to see why. He is extremely knowledgeable, the definition of dependable: trustworthy and reliable, and he gives his all for the company every day. He lives Usherwood's core values and is a true role model to all of its employees.
