We are proud to announce that Dan Smith has been promoted from Senior Network Engineer to Manager of Engineering Services. In his new position, Dan will be responsible for operational leadership within the Engineering Services Team. The Engineering Service Team is primarily responsible for deploying Managed IT projects, including the onboarding of Managed IT customers.
Dan started with Usherwood Office Technology on January 3rd, 2011. Dan has been an invaluable member of the engineering team for more than seven years. Since his hire date he as demonstrated many leadership skills including customer management and computer engineering certifications; including MCSA and MCITP, as well as many others.
