We are proud to announce that Adam French has been promoted to Integration Services – Team Lead. Adam began his career at Usherwood in 2017 as a Print Center Specialist at the College of Saint Rose in Albany. In 2019 he took on the role of Connectivity Specialist where he was responsible for inbound inquiries from our client base on MFP related issues in the Albany, NY area.
In his new position, Adam will be responsible for coordination of the integration team. This will include all remote and on-site connectivity services, as well as connectivity related service requests. Adam will actively monitor open tickets for timely resolution, directing resources and assisting team members to provide optimum client satisfaction.
