Joe Piston, Pre Sales Engineer
With nearly a decade of experience designing and implementing integrated technology solutions, Joe Piston brings deep expertise in surveillance, access control, digital signage, and unified communications. As a Sales Engineer at Usherwood, Joe leads the client discovery process and develops custom solutions that align with both operational needs and technical capabilities.
Since joining Usherwood, Joe has engineered over 300 tailored security and AV systems, launched new product lines, and played a key role in expanding vendor relationships and partnerships. His efforts have directly contributed to sales growth and service excellence across multiple regions. Notably, he led the implementation of a comprehensive surveillance and access control system across 18 company offices and was recognized with the 2023 President’s Club Award for surpassing annual goals.

Experienced Sales Manager with a demonstrated history of developing top sales people.
