Please join us in welcoming Danielle LaFlamme, our new Accounts Receivable Specialist. In her role, Danielle will support the finance team by managing invoicing, payments and account reconciliation, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency across our receivables processes. Danielle joins the Usherwood team from The Bank of New York Mellon, where she spent four years as a Client Processing Specialist. Danielle is a graduate of SUNY Brockport, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and participated in the Honors Program. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys reading, camping, and going out on the weekends, especially attending country concerts with her boyfriend, Tim. She is a proud pet parent to three cats, Luna, Goose, and Maverick, and one dog named Kaya. She also loves spending time supporting her stepdaughter Alyvia, 13, at marching band and winterguard events. With her background in client processing and strong organizational skills, Danielle will be a great asset to the team.

We are pleased to welcome Thomas Annitto as our newest Solutions Architect in Buffalo. In this role, Thomas will work closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals in the Western, NY region.

We are pleased to welcome Jas Moreno as our newest Integration Specialist. In this role, Jas provides technical support for client technology solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing performance. Prior to joining the team, Jas served as a Food Service Manager at Byrne Dairy where he developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University. Outside of work, Jas enjoys playing video games, writing stories, playing guitar, singing, and cooking. We’re excited to have Jas join the team and look forward to the impact he’ll make.

We are pleased to welcome Mark Vitiello as our newest Senior Solutions Architect serving the Boston marketplace. In this role, Mark will work closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver technology solutions that align with organizational goals. Prior to joining Usherwood, Mark served as an Account Manager at Ricoh, focusing on the SLG and K-12 markets. He brings valuable experience supporting public sector and education clients. Outside of work, Mark spends most of his time supporting his children at their events. He also enjoys skiing and motorcycle riding. Mark is an excellent addition to our team, and we’re excited to have him on board.

We are pleased to welcome Kevin Carney as our new Field Service Manager – West. In this role, Kevin will lead and support our field service team across the western region, helping drive service excellence and client satisfaction.

We are pleased to welcome Mason Schoenborn as our newest Integration Services Specialist. In this role, Mason provides technical support for client technology solutions, helping ensure smooth deployment and ongoing performance. Prior to joining the team, Mason worked as a Help Desk Technician at Mozaic for two years, where he gained hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting end users. He also attended Cayuga Onondaga BOCES for Computer Systems and Network Administration. Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his fiancée, going golfing, and camping. Mason is a great addition to the team, and we’re excited to have him on board.

We are pleased to welcome Peter Demetriades as our newest Senior Solutions Architect to the Plymouth, MA area. In this role, Peter will work closely with clients and internal teams to design technology solutions that support long-term business objectives. Peter brings 16 years of industry experience, having previously worked with KenMark Office Systems and Visual Edge IT. In addition to his industry background, Peter is also an entrepreneur, having owned and operated Sea Side Baby Furniture and a Stride Rite Kids shoe store for over 12 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from UMass Boston and has earned multiple President’s Club awards throughout his career. Outside of work, Peter enjoys boating, jet skiing, and skiing. He is happily married and has a blended family with his wife Nicole that includes four children and two grandchildren. We’re excited to welcome Peter to the team and look forward to the experience he brings to our clients.

We are pleased to welcome Jaime Jimenez as our Business Development Representative. In this role, Jaime will focus on outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients, schedule qualified meetings for our sales team, and support growth initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining Usherwood, Jaime worked with Interact Marketing as a Digital Marketing and Business Development Specialist for two years. Jaime holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, is a member of the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, and is currently pursuing an MBA at SUNY Oswego. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys staying active at the gym, weightlifting, and participating in sports such as basketball and boxing. Jaime also enjoys reading, attending art and music events in the Syracuse area, and spending time with family through weekly dinners and gatherings. We’re glad to have Jaime join the team and look forward to his contributions to our business development efforts.
