We are pleased to announce Christopher Atwood as our newest Senior Solutions Architect to the Boston team. In his position, Christopher will specialize in the design and implementation of business solutions with a focus on our Managed IT services.

We are pleased to announce Brian Gilbert as a Senior Field Service Technician to the Syracuse region. In his position, Brian will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our client’s copiers, multifunctional printers, and network print management.

We are pleased to announce Ellie Williams as our newest Contracts Administrator working out of our Syracuse office. In her position, Ellie will be responsible for new client contract creation as well as maintaining existing contract maintenance.

We are pleased to announce Jacalyn Lamica as our newest Field Service Technician to the Potsdam region. In her position, Jacalyn will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our client’s copiers, multifunctional printers, and network print management.

It is our pleasure to announce Maria Guernsey as our newest Setup Technician. In her position, Maria will be responsible for preparing printers and copiers for shipment to clients.

We are pleased to announce that Don Foley has accepted the promotion to Vice President of Sales. In his capacity, Don will be leading the sales team across all lines of business, including Managed IT, Managed Print, and Managed Communications.

We are pleased to announce Melissa Williamson as our newest Logistics Coordinator. In her position, Melissa will be responsible for analyzing and scheduling deployment on equipment that is ready for delivery and install at our client’s locations.

On October 7th we held our 2023 Fiscal Kick Off celebration at the Turning Stone. We were able to have our employees from across the Northeast join us for this event. It is the first in person kick off event we have had since 2019 and it was incredible to have everyone back together again.
