Usherwood Welcomes Thomas MacMaster as Tier I Managed IT Technician

We are pleased to announce Thomas MacMaster our as newest Tier I Managed IT Technician. In his position, Tom will be responsible for initial response to incoming service requests from our Managed IT clients to resolve various PC and network-related issues. His goal is to provide first level customer support resolving issues or escalating to next-tier technicians.

Tom comes to Usherwood from Prime Communications where he was the AT&T Store Manager for eight years. Tom has a bachelor’s in communications from the University of Buffalo and holds an IT Assistant certification from Bryant and Stratton.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys going on walks and hikes with his goldendoodle, Laney and recently joined Orange Theory Fitness to better his health.
