On October 7th we held our 2023 Fiscal Kick Off celebration at the Turning Stone. We were able to have our employees from across the Northeast join us for this event. It is the first in person kick off event we have had since 2019 and it was incredible to have everyone back together again.
During the event we had our annual company meeting where Leadership team comprised of Lou Usherwood, CEO; Ken Stinson, President; Charlie Usherwood, CTO; Lindsay Usherwood, General Counsel; Cliff Laws, COO; and Andrew Flamik, CFO, reviewed the past year and our goals for this year and into the future. Through the efforts of our entire company, we were able to hit record revenues.
After the meeting, employees invited spouses, significant others, and guests to cocktail hour and dinner. To honor our employee and their efforts throughout the year we have over 20 awards to hand out many of which have a hockey theme in favor of the Usherwood family’s favorite sport. The main four awards are in honor of the original four members of Usherwood Business Equipment.
