We are pleased to welcome Jaime Jimenez as our Business Development Representative. In this role, Jaime will focus on outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients, schedule qualified meetings for our sales team, and support growth initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining Usherwood, Jaime worked with Interact Marketing as a Digital Marketing and Business Development Specialist for two years. Jaime holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, is a member of the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, and is currently pursuing an MBA at SUNY Oswego. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys staying active at the gym, weightlifting, and participating in sports such as basketball and boxing. Jaime also enjoys reading, attending art and music events in the Syracuse area, and spending time with family through weekly dinners and gatherings. We’re glad to have Jaime join the team and look forward to his contributions to our business development efforts.

We are pleased to welcome Mark Pitcher as our newest Service Technician. In this role, Mark will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our clients’ digital copiers and multifunction printers.

We are pleased to welcome David House as a Network Operations Center Analyst I. In this role, David will support the monitoring and management of critical systems and networks, helping ensure reliable performance and timely issue resolution for our clients. Prior to joining Usherwood, David worked as an IT Help Desk Engineer with The Garam Group. He is a 2023 graduate of Utica University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity with a minor in Fraud & Financial Crime Investigation. David also played four years of collegiate baseball. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing baseball, going to the gym, watching sports, traveling, and coaching. David is a great addition to the NOC team, and we look forward to his contributions.

We are pleased to welcome Mike Melillo as our newest Strategic IT Partnership Executive. In this role, Mike will focus on building and strengthening strategic client relationships while helping organizations align technology solutions with their business objectives. Mike brings 15 years of experience in MSP sales and sales operations to Usherwood. He is a graduate of Providence College and has built a strong career supporting clients with long-term technology strategy and growth. Outside of work, Mike spends most of his free time with his children, cheering them on and supporting their softball, baseball, and basketball teams. We are excited to have Mike on board and look forward to the experience and perspective he will bring to our clients.

We are pleased to welcome Justin Cobbs as Network Operations Center Analyst I. In this role, Justin will support the monitoring and management of critical systems and networks, helping ensure reliable performance and timely issue resolution for our clients. Prior to joining Usherwood, Justin spent three years with Amazon in Loss Prevention. He holds an associate’s degree in Information Technology, a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, and has earned a certification in WZ Interrogations. Outside of work, Justin enjoys working out, creating music, playing video games, and spending time with his dog, Koda. We are excited to have Justin join the team and look forward to the skills and energy he will bring to our NOC.

We are pleased to welcome Libby King as our Digital Content Specialist. In this role, Libby will support the creation and execution of digital content across Usherwood’s marketing channels, helping to strengthen brand engagement and communication. Libby previously worked part-time as a Graphic Designer with MMRI and as a Corporate Communications Intern with SRC. She is a graduate of Siena College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Digital Marketing and a certification in Multimedia Design. Outside of work, Libby enjoys watching reality TV, reading, painting, and has recently learned to crochet. She has two older sisters, many step-siblings, and a dog named Willie. We’re excited to have Libby join our marketing team and look forward to seeing her creativity come to life across our digital platforms.

We are pleased to welcome Jay Barker as our newest Major Account Executive serving the Hartford, CT market. In this role, Jay will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships while helping organizations align technology solutions with their business needs. Jay brings over 20 years of experience to Usherwood, most recently serving as a Sales Manager for Visual Edge IT. He graduated from Nichols College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, Jess, and their children: Wade, Lily, and Brie. He is also active in his community through coaching sports. We are excited to have Jay on board and look forward to the expertise he will bring to the team.

We are pleased to welcome Chris LaMalfa as Director of Sales – New England, based out of our Manchester, NH office. In this role, Chris will oversee sales operations across the region, supporting our clients and sales team across all lines of business. Chris joins Usherwood from Visual Edge IT, where he served as Director of Sales for Northern New England. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and community, especially volunteer coaching youth football. As a New Hampshire resident, he loves taking advantage of the state’s beaches, lakes, and mountains throughout the seasons. We’re thrilled to have Chris on board and look forward to the positive impact he will make within our New England sales team.

We are pleased to welcome KC Sirowich as Vice President of Sales for the New England Market. In this role, KC will lead our sales team across all lines of business, including Managed IT, Managed Print, and Managed Communications.
