We are pleased to welcome Mike Melillo as our newest Strategic IT Partnership Executive. In this role, Mike will focus on building and strengthening strategic client relationships while helping organizations align technology solutions with their business objectives. Mike brings 15 years of experience in MSP sales and sales operations to Usherwood. He is a graduate of Providence College and has built a strong career supporting clients with long-term technology strategy and growth. Outside of work, Mike spends most of his free time with his children, cheering them on and supporting their softball, baseball, and basketball teams. We are excited to have Mike on board and look forward to the experience and perspective he will bring to our clients.

We are pleased to welcome Justin Cobbs as Network Operations Center Analyst I. In this role, Justin will support the monitoring and management of critical systems and networks, helping ensure reliable performance and timely issue resolution for our clients. Prior to joining Usherwood, Justin spent three years with Amazon in Loss Prevention. He holds an associate’s degree in Information Technology, a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, and has earned a certification in WZ Interrogations. Outside of work, Justin enjoys working out, creating music, playing video games, and spending time with his dog, Koda. We are excited to have Justin join the team and look forward to the skills and energy he will bring to our NOC.

We are pleased to welcome Libby King as our Digital Content Specialist. In this role, Libby will support the creation and execution of digital content across Usherwood’s marketing channels, helping to strengthen brand engagement and communication. Libby previously worked part-time as a Graphic Designer with MMRI and as a Corporate Communications Intern with SRC. She is a graduate of Siena College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Digital Marketing and a certification in Multimedia Design. Outside of work, Libby enjoys watching reality TV, reading, painting, and has recently learned to crochet. She has two older sisters, many step-siblings, and a dog named Willie. We’re excited to have Libby join our marketing team and look forward to seeing her creativity come to life across our digital platforms.

We are pleased to welcome Jay Barker as our newest Major Account Executive serving the Hartford, CT market. In this role, Jay will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships while helping organizations align technology solutions with their business needs. Jay brings over 20 years of experience to Usherwood, most recently serving as a Sales Manager for Visual Edge IT. He graduated from Nichols College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, Jess, and their children: Wade, Lily, and Brie. He is also active in his community through coaching sports. We are excited to have Jay on board and look forward to the expertise he will bring to the team.

We are pleased to welcome Chris LaMalfa as Director of Sales – New England, based out of our Manchester, NH office. In this role, Chris will oversee sales operations across the region, supporting our clients and sales team across all lines of business. Chris joins Usherwood from Visual Edge IT, where he served as Director of Sales for Northern New England. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and community, especially volunteer coaching youth football. As a New Hampshire resident, he loves taking advantage of the state’s beaches, lakes, and mountains throughout the seasons. We’re thrilled to have Chris on board and look forward to the positive impact he will make within our New England sales team.

We are pleased to welcome KC Sirowich as Vice President of Sales for the New England Market. In this role, KC will lead our sales team across all lines of business, including Managed IT, Managed Print, and Managed Communications.

We are pleased to welcome Ariana Richardson as our newest Client Services Specialist. In this role, Ariana will provide dedicated support to our clients, ensuring their service needs are handled efficiently and with care. Ariana brings over eight years of customer service experience, developing strong communication and problem-solving skills that will make her a valuable addition to the Client Services team. Outside of work, Ariana enjoys crocheting, playing video games, and spending time with her partner, family, two dogs, and cat. We’re glad to have Ariana on board and look forward to her contributions to the team.

We are pleased to welcome Thomas Tarallo as our newest Tier I Managed IT Services Technician. In this role, Thomas will provide essential end-user support, helping to resolve a wide range of IT challenges, from computer hardware and application issues to mobile device troubleshooting. Thomas joins Usherwood with over 11 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative most recently from Rightworks Inc. He also has experience from his studies at Syracuse University. Outside of work, Thomas is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and MotoGP fan. He enjoys working on cars and motorcycles and has always loved figuring out how things work. He’s a fan of the Patriots and Celtics and enjoys playing pickup basketball when he gets the chance. We’re excited to have Thomas join the TAC team and bring his experience to our clients.

We are pleased to welcome Chad London as our newest Tier I Managed IT Technician working out of Manchester, NH. In this role, Chad will be providing essential end-user support, helping to resolve a wide range of IT challenges, from computer hardware and application issues to mobile device troubleshooting. Chad comes to Usherwood from TPx, where he worked as a Technical Support Specialist for nine years. He earned his associate's in computer science from Manchester Community College and went on to obtain his bachelor's in information technology from Southern New Hampshire University. In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with family and friends. He likes staying active by swimming at the beach or lake, spending time outdoors, playing chess, watching movies, and trying new foods. Chad is passionate about sports and science and is always eager to learn more about technology. We’re glad to have Chad on the team and look forward to his contributions to the TAC team!

We are pleased to welcome Ronell Joseph as our newest Senior Solutions Architect to our Albany, NY location. In this role, Ronell will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships while helping organizations align technology solutions with their business needs in the Capital Region. Ronell joins Usherwood with three years of experience as an Account Manager at Northern Business Machines. He is a graduate of Bryant University, where he was a Division I football player, bringing both discipline and a strong team mindset to his work. Outside of the office, Ronell enjoys spending time with his fiancée, golfing, fishing, and hosting weekly Bible studies. We are excited to have Ronell on board and look forward to the value he will bring to our clients and team.
