Usherwood Welcomes Kiley McWilliams as Solutions Architect for Boston

We are pleased to announce and welcome Kiley McWilliam as our newest Solutions Architect. In this role, Kiley will spearhead initiatives focused on engaging clients that align with Usherwood’s target profile.

Prior to joining Usherwood, Kiley served as an Information Technology Consultant at Konica Minolta and is an alumnus of Syracuse University.

Outside of work, Kiley enjoys traveling, skiing, and golfing. He also dedicates time to coaching youth soccer and is an official for high school basketball. Kiley is happily married to his wife, Amy, and they have a lively 4-year-old son named Jaxon, along with a playful 1-year-old Goldendoodle named Mac.

We are thrilled to have Kiley on board and look forward to the valuable contributions he will bring to our team!

About Sara Ashby, Human Resources Specialist

Sara Ashby is Usherwood's Human Resources Specialist. Sara is responsible for HR projects at Usherwood involving managing weekly payroll processing, leading employee engagement, and coordinating the Mentorship Program for Usherwood's service department.
