We are pleased to announce and welcome Summer Teller our newest Client Services Specialist in Syracuse, NY. In this role, Summer will be pivotal in enhancing client interactions, expertly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and elevating the overall level of support for our products and services.

We are pleased to announce and welcome Azem Cehaja, our newest Field Service Technician based in Rochester. In this capacity, he will excel in diagnosing and repairing diverse copiers and printers both at client locations and within our company. Azem brings two years of prior experience at Ricoh to his role at Usherwood.

We are pleased to announce and welcome Emir Music as our newest Service Technician in Utica, NY. In his roll he will be responsible for effectively troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of copiers and printers with the company and at client sites.

We are pleased to announce and welcome Joshua Pulver as our newest Solutions Architect in Binghamton, NY. In his role, he will be responsible for developing and successfully transacting business with clients that meet Usherwood's target client profile.
