We are pleased to welcome Alimou Balde as our newest Service Technician in our Rochester, NY office. In this role, Alimou will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our clients’ digital copiers and multifunction printers.
Alimou brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, having spent 10 years with Ricoh USA and 9 years with Canon Solutions America. He earned his Bachelor of Technology from New York City College of Technology and his MBA in Technology Management from Western Governors University
Outside of work, Alimou enjoys volunteering with community organizations, reading, and spending time with his family.
