We are pleased to announce and welcome Nicholas DeLuca as the newest member of the Usherwood team! Nicholas joins us as a Solutions Architect and will be based out of our Hartford, CT office. In this key role, Nicholas will be responsible for leading initiatives that engage and support clients who align with Usherwood’s strategic objectives. His client-centric approach and entrepreneurial drive make him a great fit for our team and the clients we serve.
Nicholas is a recent graduate of Bentley University, where he earned his degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance, graduating cum laude in May. He brings valuable experience from his time as a Sales Coordinator Intern at Morris Group, as well as from running his own successful business since 2019. Alongside his brother, Nicholas has been actively reselling vintage clothing and collectibles both online and at various in-person events. For the past year and a half, he has also operated an antique booth at Collinsville Antiques in New Hartford, CT.
Outside of work, Nicholas is passionate about live music and comedy, often attending concerts and comedy shows in his free time. He’s also an avid thrifter and weekend treasure hunter, frequently visiting tag sales and flea markets in search of unique items to resell, a pursuit he’s been passionate about since middle school. His entrepreneurial spirit is a proud family tradition, shared with his father and brother through their joint venture in the antiques space.
