We are pleased to welcome Nick Lowcock as our newest Field Service Technician in our Rochester, NY office. In this role, Nick will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our clients’ digital copiers and multifunction printers.
Nick joins Usherwood with over 20 years of technical experience, including 12 years in field service and 8 years in-house, most recently serving as a Field Technician for Hyosung America.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his daughters, Emma (14) and Caroline (11), who keep him busy with soccer, horseback riding, and theater. They also enjoy fishing and hiking together whenever time allows.
We are excited to welcome Nick to the Rochester team and look forward to the experience and dedication he brings to our clients.
