President of NBT Insurance Agency, Tucker Lounsbury is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) with 26 years of experience in the insurance industry. Lounsbury began his career with Great American Insurance Company (GAIC) as a commercial lines production underwriter and management trainee before becoming an insurance broker and agency owner in Central New York. In 2003, he sold the Lounsbury Insurance Agency to M&T Bank, and rose to become their Northeast Regional Executive prior to joining NBT Insurance Agency as President in 2017. Lounsbury earned his B.A. in Economics at Union College and uses his broad experience in the insurance industry to help counsel NBT Insurance Agency clients on the best protection to fit their unique needs.
Lindsay Usherwood is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Usherwood Office Technology. Lindsay began her career at Usherwood in 2012 as a product specialist supporting Usherwood’s sales team across New York State. In 2015, Lindsay left her position to pursue a law degree at Syracuse University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctor. She graduated as the President of the Corporate Law Society and subsequently passed the New York State Bar exam. She then returned to Usherwood as the company’s first in-house counsel in 2018. At Usherwood, Lindsay is responsible for managing both the legal and compliance functions of Usherwood and for providing the leadership team with strategic legal advice. Lindsay resides in Boston, MA, and in her free time enjoys playing tennis, golfing, and leisurely bike riding.
